Over the weekend I mentioned on Twitter that I heard from a reliable source that Best Buy would begin fulfilling preorders for the Galaxy S7 as early as Monday 3/7. Today that prediction came to fruition as a number of users across the internet received their pickup confirmation emails with dates beginning on 3/7. Unfortunately, it seems some Best Buy stores in large metro areas are requesting you schedule an appointment to pickup your phone.

I received a call at 10:30 AM this morning asking me to schedule a time from 12-8 PM to pickup. Unfortunately, I was not able to do that due to work commitments so I am planning to pick up my phones tomorrow. I highly recommend if you preordered from Best Buy you call ahead to make sure you won't be waiting to long when you pick up your S7.

In addition to Best Buy fulfilling their preorders, it seems Verizon is actually shipping some preorders early...which is unheard of for sure. Did you get your S7 or S7 Edge yet? Did you get a pickup or shipping email today? Let me know in the comments or on Twitter!
